Entertainer Search

We don’t look for an entertainer for your event until you are ready to book. This is due to the high demand of our entertainers – so what we quote today may not be available tomorrow (in way of entertainers), however, we will be more than happy to quote our prices to you based on what you need and the amount of time you need.

Our Contract for all Regular Events and Birthday Parties

At All Occasion Performers, our top priority is making your event a success. For that reason, we offer two different types of contracts:

General Events –

50% Deposit with a Credit Card – This is a non – refundable deposit with this type of contract with the balance “cash on delivery” due on entertainer’s arrival. If you cancel for any reason, then you lose your deposit.**

For Birthday Parties –

Deposit with a Credit Card – the deposit amount will be determined when you book your event, based on the number of entertainers and the amount of time you book. This is a non – refundable deposit with this type of contract with the balance “cash on delivery” due on entertainers’ arrival. If you cancel for any reason, then you lose your deposit.

NOTE: All Tharpo events are play or pay contracts – Full fee due at time of booking.

**If you would rather do a play or pay contract, please talk with our office regarding this type of contract for your event.

All Corporate Events will be handled on an individual basis.

Overtime Policy

Any Overtime will be charged at same hourly rate. Overtime is only guaranteed if the entertainer is available to stay. Entertainers are not obligated to stay; they may have other events scheduled after yours.

Cancellation Policy – Corporate, General and Birthday

Our performers are in high demand. Any cancelled event represent time lost that could have been spent working another event. Therefore, the cancellation fee for any corporate event is 100% of the performer’s fee.

All other cancellations (General Events and Birthday Parties) will lose their deposit. If you cancel inside the 24 hours prior to your event, you will lose your deposit and the balance of your fee due.

Rain of Shine

All outdoor events booked with All Occasion Performers must be rain-or-shine. We do not do rain dates.
