"Play Or Pay"

At All Occasion Performers, our top priority is making your event a success. For that reason, we offer a 100% guarantee: if our performer doesn't show up to a booked event for any reason, we'll pay you the equivalent of their fee for the event.

Cancellation Policy

Our performers are in high demand. If an organizer cancels an event, that represents time lost that could have been spent working at another event. The following fees apply in case of cancellation:

Corporate events: the fee for any cancellation is 100% of the performer's fee.

Birthdays: if the event is cancelled, a fee applies equivalent to 50% of our performer's fee. 24 hours' notice is required. If we receive notice of the cancellation less than 24 hours before the event, the fee is 100%.

Rain Or Shine

For the same reason, all outdoor events booked with All Occasion Performers must be rain-or-shine, with provision made for inclement weather.
