Holly - AKA Pixie and Zola

Holly's childhood dream was to become "The World's Greatest Female Clown". She set her course through years of serious study in ballet, costume design and construction, make-up, mime, theater, juggling, and theatrical magic. By her mid-teens she was winning international clown competitions and awards in presentation, costume, and make-up.

Holly stepped into the Big Top and performed with many circuses such as Gil Gray's Dr. Pepper Circus, Cardinal International, and P&G Circus among others. She earned her B.S. in Flop Sweat at the School of Hard Knocks and realized, along the way, that her talents and abilities stretched beyond the circus world.

Holly returned to Dallas from her circus travels and appeared in commercials, performed in industrial trade shows and even did a featured spot on the popular TV series "Dallas". From 1989-1991, as Poppy the Clown, she hosted the extremely successful daily children's program, "Club 27" on KDFI-TV Dallas, Texas.

Holly is proud to have been a Young Audiences Artist for ten years. She produced the touring illusion show, "The Little Side Show Circus", "The Magic Reading Circus", and a theatrical séance called "Apparitions". Holly went on to co-produce "The Muses", an entertainment company which designed interactive party and special event décor. She is currently active with "New Directions Intuitive Entertainment", an entertainment company based on the arts and crafts of fortune-telling developed from the brilliant minds of Holly and three other talented women. The culmination of all of Holly's accomplishments arises in her current work with Katrina and "New Directions" as they continue to create surprising, elegant and charming productions for special events, parties and trade shows.
